It is about a seventh grade boy who is in a family of a crm invested siblings, and a crazy ganny and a dad that seems mor elike a long distant uncle. But his life is soon changed after he meets a young boy who cares for chickens. When he is around chickens he acts differently and he starts his journy to a better and safer life. I would recomend this book to anyone who wants a quick rea dthat is amazing.

Code Talker: A Novel About the Navajo Marines of World War Two by Peter B.
I read Code Talker. I liked it.It's about the Navajo Marines of WWII. It focuses specifically on a Marine named Kii Yahzi. He lied about his age to join the Marines. He is part of a special group of Marines called Code Talkers. They talk using Navajo codes when in combat. I thought it was exciting and action packed. (With a few bloddy parts) It shows how much Navajos helped the Americans in WWII. You should read it.

Defiance by Alyssa B.
Defiance is about a boy who is not happy about his life, because he has leukemia, and he know that he might die soo. His life make a 180 degree turn, when she meet an old lady and an old cow. He then fids that he can be helpful eventhough, he is sick. Love the book.

I read Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie by Jordan Sonnenblick. It is about a drummer in 7th grade who has a younger brother that gets leukemia. He goes to the Philadelphia hospital everyday from their home. The younger brother survives because his brother had the band members set up a fund to help pay off medical bills. I reccomend it to people who like to read sad books. I LOVED IT. Read it!!!!!!

Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie is the bset book ever!!! I think that it should be for girls. I really feel bad for steven but I can't believe he told Renee to go home!!!! I highly recommend this book.

The book I read was Drums, Girls, And Dangerous Pie. The book was just so good. It was about a 14 year old boy named Steven is in eighth grade now. He isn't one of your absolute most popular boys in the entire school. He isn't exactly the guy who you would call a total nerd af all nerds. He's boy who's just a normal 14 year old boy trying to split his time between his homework his social life, and his time by himself. He has a 5 year old brother who is named Jeffrey. Jeffrey is in Kindegarten and just loves to annoy and be around  Steven. Steven doesn't find him as the best little brother in the world by any standards. He gets annoyed normally by Jeffrey bugging him when he has to do something. He wasn't the nicest to his brother and he wasn't much affended by this. All this changed when everything turned around and he started to regret it. One day when Steven was practicing his drums down in his basement for a concert that would some in a mtter of 6 or 7 months, his brother cam down with a happy little grin on his face. Stevin hadn't even nticed him until he pooped out right infront of him and scared him right out of his seat. He wanted some oatmeal. Steven didn't like doing anything for his brother but he thought that what else was he going to do at 7 in the mroning. He picked up Jeffrey and ran up the stairs to the main ground. He set him down and hey walked to their kitchen. Steven picked him up and set him up on a high stool that his mom had always told him not to be in a couple feet of him while he was standing on the stool. Steven went to a cabinet to get the oatmeal out. Steven  heard a thunk and a scream of pain. Jeffrey had fell of the stool and was now bleeding from the nose very rapidly. He din't want his parents to wake up, because he didn't want his mom or his dad to know that he had left Jeffrey on the stool unguarded. His parents came rushing down the stairs. The blleeding didn't stop they had to take him to the hospital and make sure that there was nothing worse then a little nosebleed. Steven still got ready for school and went like it was any other day of the week, and that his brother hadn't fallen, had a nosebleed and was now in the hospital. When Steven got home his mom and dad was sitting on the couch hovering ove Jeffrey like they were doctors dong a surgery. The parents came out what they were going to say. Jeffrey had cancer and that he was in danger. This nook was amazing. More happened to it, but I can't give it all away. But the rest was amazing.

This book teaches children that life in other countries that is not America, is not as easy as here in America. I like this book a lot!!

Edward goes on so many journeys with his new owners. Finally at the end, he gets back to Abeline. If you read this book you will find out. This book is great!

The book I read was, The Miraculous Journey Of Edward Tulane. The book was about a rabbit made out of china. This rabbit was loved by one girl named Abilene . She loved Edward so much. She didn't care if he wasn't real. He was to her. She would have him have his own seat at the dinner table and whenever he wanted him to hear something she would ask her dad or mom to say it again so Edward could hear it.  Edward may not have control of how he moves but he does have feeling though. He couln't do whatever he wanted when he wnted but he Could think and feel whatever he wanted when he wanted . But one day when Abilene was with Edward on a trip, Edward was gone. He was gone now and he was somewhere where nobody knew about him or cared. Someone did eventually find him and cared for him, but he was lost there to. Edward had been passed around to many people and has had many different lifestyles during this time. Sometimes what happens is fortunate for him and others not. But at the end something does happen which is fortunate, and it will stay fortunate. I really loved this book. There was so much just put into a good short book.
